Active production, 1 µH shielded power inductor
The LQH3NPN1R0MMEL is an active-production shielded wirewound inductor from Murata's LQH3 series — a drum-core ferrite design rated for 1.6 A continuous with a saturation floor of 2.35 A. Its 1 µH ±20% inductance and 30 mOhm max DCR make it a candidate for DC-DC converter input/output filters where the I²R loss at 1.6 A is under 77 mW — self-heating stays low enough to keep the junction within the 105°C ceiling without derating.
Shielded ferrite core and self-resonant ceiling
The ferrite drum core is fully shielded — magnetic flux is contained within the winding, so the inductor can sit next to a sensitive analog or RF trace without coupling noise into the signal path. Self-resonant frequency is 100 MHz, meaning the inductor behaves inductively well into the HF band — a switching converter running at 2–4 MHz stays far below the SRF, so the effective inductance and Q are stable across the operating band.
