100 µH shielded wirewound for DC-DC filtering
The Murata LQH32PN101MN0L is a 100 µH shielded wirewound inductor in the LQH32 series, rated for 250 mA DC with a maximum DCR of 3.24 Ohm. The ferrite core and shielded construction keep the magnetic field contained, which matters when the inductor sits next to sensitive analog or RF traces on the same board. Self-resonant frequency is 8 MHz, so this part is suited for switching regulators and filter networks operating below that point — above 8 MHz the inductance rolls off and the component behaves capacitively.
The ±20% tolerance on the 100 µH value is typical for power-grade ferrite inductors — the saturation current is specified at 180 mA, which is the current at which inductance drops by 10%.
