3.9 µH drum core wirewound — BOM-fit and board integration
The Murata LQH32NH3R9J23L is a 3.9 µH drum core wirewound inductor in the LQH32 series, rated for 510 mA continuous current with a maximum DC resistance of 168 mOhm. The ±5% tolerance holds the inductance tight enough for most DC-DC input/output filters and signal conditioning where you care about the value more than the absolute saturation floor.
AEC-Q200 and 125°C ceiling — where it lives on the board
The ferrite core holds its inductance across that band better than a powdered-iron core would, though the DCR will climb with temperature — budget the 168 mOhm max at 25°C and derate for your actual junction temp. Self-resonant frequency is 60 MHz, Q factor is 20 at 1 MHz. That SRF tells you the inductor stops looking inductive above roughly 60 MHz — fine for a switching regulator switching at a few hundred kHz to a couple MHz, but not the part for a 100 MHz RF bias tee. The Q at 1 MHz is modest; this is a power/decoupling inductor, not a high-Q tank component.
