The LQH31MN5R6J03L: Its self-resonant frequency of 28 MHz and Q factor of 35 at 8 MHz define the usable frequency ceiling: above SRF the inductor behaves capacitively, so the filter or matching network must stay below that knee.
Unshielded construction means the magnetic field radiates — keep sensitive traces or low-level analog circuits at least one package width away to avoid coupling.
