215 nH wirewound for RF and decoupling
The Murata LQH31HNR21K03L is a drum-core wirewound inductor in the LQH31 series, packing 215 nH ±10% into a standard 1206 footprint. It handles 520 mA continuous with a DCR of 143 mΩ max — the resistance is low enough that self-heating stays under control at rated current, so no derating for most board-level decoupling or RF bias-tee duty.
Unshielded, but the SRF is clean
Self-resonant frequency hits 430 MHz, well above the 100 MHz where Q is measured at 60 — this means the inductor behaves like an inductor up through VHF and into low UHF, making it a fit for RF matching networks and filter stages in that band. The unshielded construction means flux couples into nearby traces; keep a ground plane under the part and give it at least a part-width gap to adjacent inductors. The ferrite core material is standard for this inductance range — no saturation concerns at the 520 mA ceiling.
