3.3 µH shielded inductor for DC-DC output filtering
The Murata LQH2MPN3R3MGRL is a 3.3 µH shielded wirewound inductor in the LQH2 series, built for surface-mount DC-DC converter output filtering where the 640 mA current rating and 564 mOhm max DCR define the I²R loss budget. The ferrite core and shielded construction keep magnetic flux contained, reducing radiated EMI that would otherwise couple into nearby signal traces on a dense PCB.
Saturation headroom and self-resonant frequency
The 1.02 A saturation current (Isat) provides a 60% headroom above the 640 mA rated current — the inductance holds within tolerance until the core starts saturating near 1 A. Self-resonant frequency is 45 MHz, well above the 1-3 MHz switching frequencies typical of small buck converters, so the inductor behaves inductively across the operating band.
