Its ferrite core and shielded construction contain the magnetic field, reducing radiated EMI into adjacent traces or components on the board. Rated at 430 mA DC with a saturation current floor of 420 mA, the part operates within a -40°C to +105°C temperature range. The 1.44 Ω maximum DCR sets the I²R conduction loss at full rated current to roughly 266 mW, a figure to budget into the thermal design for the local board area.
