The DFE322520F-R47M=P2 is a shielded wirewound inductor from Murata's DFE322520F series, rated for 6 A continuous current with a saturation current of 8.5 A. The 16 mOhm max DCR means the conduction loss at full rated current is under 0.6 W — the part stays cool enough in a 1210 footprint for most DC-DC output filter stages. The 470 nH inductance is tested at 1 MHz, which is the typical switching frequency for the POL converters this part is designed into. The metal composite core keeps the inductance stable under DC bias — saturation current is 8.5 A, a 40% margin above the 6 A thermal rating, so the inductor doesn't roll off early on a transient load step.
Shielded construction reduces radiated EMI — important when the inductor sits near sensitive analog or RF sections on the same board. The metal core material also contributes to the low DCR by keeping the winding turns short for a given inductance.
