The Murata DFE252010P-R47M=P2 is a 470 nH shielded wirewound inductor rated for 5 A continuous current in the 1008 (2520 metric) surface-mount package. The 35 mOhm max DCR at 5 A means the I²R conduction loss is under 0.9 W — the iron powder core handles the saturation without the sharp roll-off of a ferrite core, so the inductance holds closer to nominal under the full 5 A load. Shielded construction keeps the flux contained within the package — adjacent traces on a dense power rail layout see less coupled noise than an unshielded drum core would radiate.
