10 µH shielded power inductor for DC-DC conversion
The Murata DFE252010F-100M=P2 is a 10 µH shielded power inductor from the DFE252010F series, built for DC-DC converter output and input filter stages where board space is tight. Rated at 900 mA continuous with a saturation current of 1.5 A, the inductor handles the steady-state load current and the peak inductor current during load transients or startup without saturating the iron powder core. The 600 mOhm maximum DCR sets the I²R copper loss; at 900 mA the winding dissipates roughly 0.49 W, which the 1008 package must sink into the board copper.

Shielded construction contains the magnetic flux, so the inductor can be placed near sensitive analog or RF circuitry without coupling noise into adjacent traces.
