The Murata DFE201208S-1R5M=P2 is a shielded drum-core wirewound inductor in the DFE201208S series, rated 1.5 µH ±20% with a continuous current of 1.8 A and a saturation current of 2.3 A. The 120 mOhm max DCR keeps conduction losses manageable for a 1.8 A rail — at full load the I²R loss is about 390 mW, which the 0805 metal-core construction can dissipate without exceeding the 125 °C rated operating limit.
