1500W peak pulse — what the clamp rating means for your rail
The 1.5KE350AE3/TR13: This is a 1500 W (1.5 kW) peak pulse power Zener TVS, rated for the 10/1000 µs waveform. At the full 4 A peak pulse current (Ipp), the voltage is clamped to 482 V maximum — that is the voltage the protected circuit must survive across the transient. A single unidirectional channel means this diode protects one rail against positive-going transients relative to ground. The -65°C to +150°C junction temperature range covers military and industrial thermal profiles without derating at the high end.
DO-201AA axial — board-fit and replacement path
Housed in the DO-201AA (DO-27) axial-lead package, with the Microsemi CASE-1 body. The through-hole mounting suits point-to-point wiring or PCB layouts that accept axial diodes; the Tape & Reel packaging is intended for automated insertion but the part is now sourced only through surplus channels.
