The Microchip TCM810MENB713 is a single-channel voltage supervisor that asserts a reset output when the monitored supply drops below 4.38V and holds it active for a minimum of 140ms after the supply recovers. That threshold targets 5V rails — a typical 5V ±10% supply dips to 4.5V, and this part catches it before the downstream logic sees a brownout. The active-high, push-pull output drives the reset pin of most MCUs and SoCs directly; no external pull-up resistor is needed.
Industrial temperature grade — where it works and where it doesn't
It is not qualified for under-hood automotive or downhole drilling tools, where the junction may exceed 105°C. For those environments, look at the AEC-Q100 graded siblings in the same family.
