What the 10mV/°C output means for your ADC input
The TC1047VNBTR outputs an analog voltage that scales linearly at 10 mV per degree Celsius — at 25°C the output is 0.75 V, at 125°C it is 1.75 V. The ±3°C figure is the one to budget for worst-case system calibration; if your application can tolerate that spread, no external trimming is needed.
Supply rail and temperature range — one part for multiple environments
The -40°C to 125°C operating range covers cold-start automotive, industrial oven cabinets, and outdoor telecom enclosures. The SOT-23-3 package (TO-236, SC-59 equivalent) is a standard three-lead footprint. The supply pin (VDD), ground (GND), and analog output (VOUT) map to the same pad layout as many other analog temp sensors, making it a drop-in candidate for existing board designs.
