600W peak pulse, 5V rail, bidirectional
The single bidirectional channel clamps both polarities on a signal line, so one device covers positive and negative transients without needing two unidirectional parts.
Clamping voltage and surge current
The minimum breakdown voltage of 6.4V means the device starts conducting before the protected rail sees damaging overvoltage. For a 5V supply line, this leaves a 1.4V margin above the working voltage before avalanche begins.
Active production, sourced per RFQ
