Zener TVS for 33V rail protection
Breakdown and clamping window
Minimum breakdown voltage is 36.7V, and maximum clamping at peak pulse current is 53.3V. The 33V reverse standoff voltage means the diode does not conduct at the nominal rail voltage, only above the breakdown threshold. Peak pulse current is 11.3A under the 10/1000 µs test condition.
Housed in the DO-214AA (SMB) surface-mount package, the device operates over -65°C to 150°C junction temperature. The SMB footprint is common across many TVS families, easing layout reuse.
For BOM planning, this part carries no near-term obsolescence risk.
