600W peak pulse, 12V rail clamp in DO-214AA
It clamps transients up to 19.9V at the peak pulse current of 30.2A, making it suitable for protecting 12V power rails in industrial, telecom, and general-purpose circuits.
Breakdown and clamping window
The 12V reverse standoff (working voltage) sits below the 13.3V min breakdown, so the diode stays off during normal operation and only conducts when a transient pushes the rail above 13.3V. Maximum clamping at 19.9V limits the voltage spike seen by the downstream load — a 7.9V window from breakdown to clamp that keeps most 12V-rated ICs within their absolute maximum ratings.
Active production, surface-mount reel
Supplied on Tape & Reel (TR) in the DO-214AA (SMB) package, a standard surface-mount footprint that reflows with the same profile as common SMB diodes.
