The Microchip SMAJ4732CE3/TR13 is a 4.7 V Zener diode rated for 2 W continuous power dissipation in the DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package. The ±2% tolerance on the nominal Zener voltage makes it a tighter-regulation choice than the standard 5% grade — relevant when the 4.7 V rail needs a precise clamp or reference threshold. The 8 Ohm maximum Zzt (Zener impedance) means regulation accuracy holds up at moderate bias currents; at low bias the impedance rises, so the minimum operating current should be checked against the datasheet knee curve for the target Vz tolerance.
Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) for automated pick-and-place assembly. The DO-214AC (SMA) footprint is a standard surface-mount Zener outline — the cathode band orientation must match the PCB silkscreen.
