MIPS32 M4K core at 50 MHz in a 64-TQFP body
The PIC32MX570F512H-50I/PT is a 32-bit single-core MCU built around the MIPS32 M4K processor running at 50 MHz, housed in a 64-lead TQFP (10×10 mm). It delivers 512 KB of program Flash and 64 KB of SRAM, with an internal oscillator and 49 general-purpose I/O lines. Key on-chip peripherals include brown-out detect, DMA, I²S, POR, PWM, and a watchdog timer, plus a 28-channel 10-bit ADC for sensor or analog front-end capture.
Industrial temperature grade and supply flexibility
Rated for -40°C to 85°C ambient (TA), the device fits outdoor, engine-bay, and factory-floor environments without a commercial-grade derating step. The supply range spans 2.3 V to 3.6 V. Connectivity includes CAN, USB OTG, I²C, SPI, UART/USART, IrDA, LINbus, and PMP — enough to bridge a CAN fieldbus to a USB host or a serial sensor hub on a single chip.
