40 MHz MIPS32 M4K core with 256 KB Flash
The PIC32MX150F256H-I/MR is a 32-bit single-core MCU built around the MIPS32® M4K™ core running at 40 MHz. It carries 256 KB of on-chip Flash and 32 KB of SRAM, which together define the firmware and data-memory budget for the application. The 53 available I/O pins and the integrated 28-channel 10-bit ADC make it a fit for mixed-signal control tasks like sensor readout, motor commutation, or human-machine interface panels.
Industrial temperature grade and package footprint
Rated for -40°C to 85°C ambient, this part is suited for outdoor telecom, factory-floor controllers, and engine-bay-adjacent electronics — not just benchtop or office gear. The 64-VFQFN package with exposed pad demands a thermal via array under the paddle to keep junction temperature within limits at full load. The 2.3 V to 3.6 V supply range allows single 3.3 V rail operation or a 2.5 V low-power rail, but the internal oscillator eliminates the need for an external crystal in many designs — check the PLL accuracy requirements for USB or CAN clocking.
