It carries 64 KB of program Flash (32K x 16), 4K x 8 of RAM, and 1K x 8 of EEPROM — enough code space and data retention for moderate-complexity control loops, sensor fusion, or human-machine interface tasks in industrial and appliance designs. The 24-channel, 12-bit ADC is a standout peripheral for applications that need to sample multiple analog signals — think temperature, pressure, or current-sense inputs — without adding external muxing. The 80-TQFP (12x12 mm) package gives 69 I/O lines, enough to drive a small TFT display, a keypad matrix, and a handful of serial peripherals simultaneously.
