8-bit PIC with integrated ADC and wide supply — what it covers
It runs at 20 MHz and carries 1.75 KB of Flash program memory, 128 bytes of EEPROM, and 64 bytes of SRAM — enough for small control loops, sensor readout, and configuration storage without external memory. The supply range spans 2 V to 5.5 V, so it can run from a 3.3 V regulated rail or a 5 V logic bus without a level shifter on the power input.
Industrial temperature and 16-QFN footprint
The exposed pad is internally connected to VSS. Layout should stitch at least four vias from the pad to the inner ground layer, and the solder-paste stencil aperture for the pad should be about 50% coverage to avoid voiding during reflow.
Microchip lists the PIC16F676-I/ML as Active.
This is a current-production part with broad distribution coverage.
