8-bit PIC with 32 MHz core and 14 KB Flash
The Microchip PIC16F18445-I/P is an 8-bit PIC MCU from the PIC® XLP™ 16F series, rated for functional safety (FuSa) applications. It runs at 32 MHz, with 14 KB Flash program memory, 1K x 8 RAM, and 256 x 8 EEPROM. The device includes 17 I/O lines, a 12-bit ADC with 17 channels, a 5-bit DAC, and connectivity for I²C, LINbus, SPI, and UART/USART.
Through-hole DIP for prototyping and low-volume production
Housed in a 20-DIP (0.300", 7.62 mm) package with through-hole mounting, the PIC16F18445-I/P is well suited for breadboard prototyping, one-off repairs, and low-volume builds where manual soldering or socketing is preferred. The 20-PDIP supplier package footprint is standard and widely supported by development boards and programmers.
