The Microchip PIC16F15345-I/SS is an 8-bit PIC MCU from the PIC® XLP™ 16F family, clocked at 32 MHz. That clock rate, combined with the 14 KB (8K x 14) Flash program memory and 1K x 8 RAM, gives enough headroom for sensor-fusion loops, LINbus node control, or PWM generation in a motor-drive or lighting application.
Memory and peripheral budget
The 1 KB RAM handles a handful of buffers and variables; if your data set runs larger, the part forces a memory map review early. The 17-channel 10-bit ADC and single 5-bit DAC are typical for analog feedback loops or simple set-point generation. Brown-out detect, POR, and the watchdog timer are on-chip, so external supervisor ICs are not needed.
The 0.65 mm pitch is standard for SSOP — no fine-pitch reflow tricks. The supplier device package is 20-SSOP, identical to the case code.
Microchip lists the PIC16F15345-I/SS as an active product. The ROHS3 compliance covers EU regulatory requirements without an exemption hunt.
