8-bit PIC MCU with extended temperature range
The Microchip PIC16F15245-E/REB is an 8-bit PIC MCU from the PIC® 16F family, built around a 32 MHz core with 14 KB Flash program memory and 1K x 8 RAM.
32 MHz core and peripheral set
At 32 MHz, this part delivers a 125 ns instruction cycle (4 clocks per instruction) — enough for real-time control loops like PWM generation (with the built-in PWM peripheral), LIN bus node communication, or sensor polling over I²C/SPI. The 14 KB Flash holds mid-complexity firmware; the 1K x 8 SRAM handles a few hundred bytes of stack and variables.
Supply range and power management
Brown-out detect and POR ensure clean startup and reset on a noisy rail. The watchdog timer (WDT) provides independent fault recovery — useful for unattended equipment.
The exposed pad is electrically connected to the die substrate (VSS) — confirm your PCB ground plane connection. The part ships in a Tray.
