Interface and touch engine
The MTCH6303-I/RG: Two-wire capacitive sensing means the controller drives a projected-capacitance touch panel through a simple sensor pattern — no separate analog front-end needed. The I²C and USB interface gives the host MCU a choice: I²C for a low-pin-count connection on a space-constrained board, or USB for a direct link to a PC or embedded host without an external PHY.
Housed in a 64-VFQFN with exposed pad, 9x9 mm body.
Compliance documentation
Microchip provides the full RoHS certificate of compliance and REACH declaration on request; no UL or IEC mark is listed on this part, so if your end-equipment requires a safety-agency listing on the touch controller itself, check the specific standard with your compliance team.
