Product details

Dual 300mA LDO with fixed 1.5V and 2.8V rails

The MIC5335-MFYMT-TR is a dual-output positive LDO regulator delivering 300mA per channel at fixed 1.5V and 2.8V.

Dropout is specified at 0.2V maximum per channel at 300mA load. That's tight enough to hold regulation through a 3.3V rail dipping to 3.0V — useful in automotive cold-crank or battery-powered gear where every millivolt of headroom counts. The PSRR curve starts at 65dB at 1kHz and rolls to 45dB at 20kHz, which tells you it rejects switching-regulator ripple well at lower frequencies but starts letting through higher-frequency hash. If your upstream converter runs at 2 MHz, you'll want to check the actual attenuation at that frequency and maybe add a small feed-forward cap.

Package and thermal reality: 6-TMLF (1.6x1.6 mm)

The 6-TMLF package (1.6x1.6 mm) with exposed pad is the smallest footprint you'll find for a dual 300mA LDO. The Enable pin lets you sequence the outputs or shut down one rail for power savings.
