The MIC49150YMM-TR is a positive adjustable LDO regulator delivering 1.5 A continuous output with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.5 V at full load. Output is adjustable from 0.9 V up to 5 V, covering common core and I/O supply rails for FPGAs, ASICs, and microcontrollers. The single regulator design with Enable control simplifies sequencing in multi-rail systems.
Temperature grade and protection — industrial and automotive fit
The wide junction temperature range covers the full industrial band plus the hot end of automotive under-hood profiles. Built-in over-current and over-temperature protection guard the load and the regulator itself during fault conditions — a shorted output or a stalled fan draws current until the thermal limit cycles the part, preventing catastrophic failure.
