EL lamp driver with wide frequency range
The MIC4826YMM is an EL lamp driver from Microchip Technology, designed to drive electroluminescent lamps at a user-selectable frequency between 60 Hz and 1 kHz. The output frequency is set by an external resistor, letting you tune the lamp brightness and acoustic noise for the application.
Housed in an 8-MSOP (3.00 mm width) surface-mount package, it fits compact PCB layouts where board space is tight. The supplier device package is 8-MSOP; the package / case also accepts 8-TSSOP footprint.
