The MIC280-0YM6-TR is a thermal supervisor IC from Microchip's IttyBitty™ family, combining a temperature sensor with a voltage monitor in a six-pin SOT-23-6 package. It asserts a reset output (active-low, open-drain) when the monitored voltage drops below the 2.95 V threshold or when the die temperature exceeds the internal thermal limit, holding that reset for a maximum of 200 µs after the fault clears.
