The MD1811K6-G: Four independent half-bridge drivers, each sourcing and sinking 2A peak, drive the gate charge of N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs. The 6ns typical rise and fall times keep switching losses low in DC-DC converters and motor-drive stages. Supply voltage spans 5V to 12V, covering the common gate-drive rails for 12V and 5V logic systems. Logic-level thresholds of 0.3V (VIL) and 1.7V (VIH) allow direct interface with 3.3V or 5V controllers without external level shifting. Housed in a 16-VQFN with exposed pad (4x4mm body), the package supports thermal dissipation through the PCB ground plane.
