16-bit sigma-delta ADC with internal oscillator and temperature sensor
The MCP3464RT-E/ST is a 16-bit sigma-delta ADC from Microchip, sampling at 153.6 ksps. It integrates an internal oscillator and a temperature sensor, so you get a self-contained conversion chain without external clock or thermistor — the temperature sensor output can be read through the same SPI interface, useful for compensating drift in the measurement path.
Input configuration and supply rails
Four input channels, configurable as differential or single-ended, feed a MUX-ADC front end — no external mux needed for multi-sensor scanning.
