Fan controller with PWM interface
The Microchip Technology EMC2302-1-AIZL-TR is a fan controller IC that uses a PWM interface to regulate fan speed. The -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range covers industrial and extended-commercial environments — the upper end is hot enough for equipment racks near exhaust vents or outdoor-adjacent enclosures without forced cooling.
Package and supply rails
The supply voltage tolerance — 3V to 3.6V — means a 3.3V rail with ±5% regulation stays well inside the window. CT is useful for prototype or low-volume builds where a full reel is not justified.
ROHS3 compliant, which covers the full ten restricted substances including the four phthalates.
