The DSC8124CI5T: The blank-programmable type means the oscillator ships unprogrammed; the user writes the target frequency via Microchip's programming tool or a distributor programmer, so a single BOM line can cover multiple frequency variants by programming at the board-assembly step. The HCSL output is a differential pair with a typical 0.7 V swing into 50 Ω to ground — no external termination resistors are needed if the receiver has integrated HCSL termination.
