Active production, three-frequency MEMS clock source
Microchip Technology lists the DSC613NI3A-0105 as Active in production. This MEMS-based XO (Standard) generates three independent LVCMOS output frequencies from a single resonator: 25 MHz, 12 MHz, and 32.768 kHz. The 32.768 kHz rail serves real-time-clock or low-speed supervisory functions while the higher-frequency outputs drive the main logic and peripheral clocks.
The Enable/Disable function lets firmware gate the oscillator outputs, dropping the supply current from 6.5 mA max active to 1.5 µA max disabled, which matters for battery-powered nodes that sleep between transmissions.
Package and board integration
The land pattern is a standard 6-pin LGA footprint; the low profile clears tight board-stack constraints in multi-PCB assemblies.
