MEMS oscillator with dual-frequency output
The DSC6122MI2A-00AUT: Maximum current draw is 3 mA typical, making it suitable for power-constrained designs where a single oscillator replaces two discrete cans.
Output is CMOS, so the load capacitance at the receiver pin sets the rise time — a 15 pF load at 100 MHz draws roughly 1.5 mA dynamic current on top of the 3 mA quiescent figure.
No franchised stock is claimed.
