Package and rework considerations
Pin 1 is marked by a corner chamfer on the package body — visible under a microscope before placement. The 0.89 mm height leaves clearance under most conformal-coat spray heads, but if you're potting the board, the MEMS cavity is sealed; the package itself is hermetic.
