The DSC6121JI2A-0042: Unlike a quartz crystal oscillator, the MEMS resonator is etched silicon, which means the frequency is set during programming rather than by a mechanical blank — the same die can produce either output without changing the crystal blank.

Typical supply current is 3 mA max — low enough that a 100 mA LDO can power the oscillator plus several other ICs on the same rail without headroom issues.
