Automotive qualification – AEC-Q100 Grade 2
Rated AEC-Q100, the DSC6111ME1A-PROGRAMMABLE carries the automotive IC qualification stamp — temperature grade and reliability stress per the AEC-Q100 standard. This means the part has passed the required pre- and post-stress electrical tests and is suitable for applications where an OEM auditor expects PPAP documentation. For under-hood or cabin deployments exceeding this, a Grade 1 (-40°C to 125°C) part would be required.
MEMS resonator and programmable frequency range
The CMOS output drives standard logic families directly without an external level translator. The 3 mA (typ) supply current and 12 µA standby disable current make it suitable for battery-powered or thermally constrained designs.
The 0.079" x 0.063" footprint is the standard 2.0 x 1.6 mm MEMS oscillator land pattern — compatible with industry-standard reflow profiles for lead-free assembly. Surface-mount mounting with a standby function pin — when pulled low, the oscillator enters a 12 µA disable state, useful for power-gated or sleep-mode subsystems.
