Obsolete — what that means for a BOM line
The DSC6111HI1A-000.0000T: No last-time-buy window remains open.
MEMS resonator, CMOS output, AEC-Q100 grade
Typical active current is 3 mA; standby disable drops it to 12 µA — relevant for battery-backed or sleep-mode subsystems where the oscillator stays powered between wake cycles. The device ships as a Blank (User Must Program) unit — it is not a fixed-frequency oscillator. The available frequency range is 1 MHz to 100 MHz with ±50 ppm total stability. The factory programs the frequency during the first programming step; the blank stock gives a distributor or CM flexibility to program the exact frequency the BOM calls for, but only if the programming equipment and Microchip's programming utility are available in the supply chain.
Package and board-fit dimensions
The 0.063" x 0.047" footprint matches the standard DSC61XX land pattern — no special pad geometry beyond the usual 4-pin oscillator layout. Surface-mount only.
