MEMS oscillator with programmable frequency range
The DSC6111HE2A-000.0000T: The blank (user-programmable) variant lets you set the exact frequency at programming — the same base part covers multiple BOM positions when you control the OTP write. AEC-Q100 qualification (Grade 3, -20°C to +70°C) means this oscillator meets automotive-grade reliability screening — thermal cycling, ESD, and latch-up tests per the standard. It fits infotainment, cluster, or body-control modules where a quartz crystal's shock sensitivity might be a concern.
Supply range and power profile
Typical active current is 3 mA max; in standby (disable) the draw drops to 12 µA, making it viable for battery-backed real-time clocks or wake-up domains. For a 100 MHz clock, ±25 ppm translates to ±2.5 kHz absolute error, well within the capture range of most PLL-based Ethernet or USB PHY reference inputs.
Obsolete — sourcing via independent distribution
Available through independent surplus and brokerage channels. Quantities are lot-specific and confirmed against an RFQ — no stock-holding claim. A board-level redesign could migrate to a fixed-frequency DSC61XX part or a factory-programmed equivalent if volume justifies the NRE.
Surface-mount assembly with no through-hole pins; the small profile suits space-constrained automotive modules.
