The Microchip DSC6101HA2B-072.5000 is a fixed-frequency MEMS oscillator (XO) delivering a 72.5 MHz CMOS clock from a 1.6 mm x 1.2 mm 4-VFLGA package.

The land pattern is a standard 4-pad LGA; the centre pad is not an exposed thermal slug, so no thermal-via array is needed. The 0.35 mm typical pad pitch requires standard SMT assembly with no via-in-pad process. Supply decoupling should follow the typical 0.1 µF ceramic placed within 2 mm of the VDD pin.
