If a design is still in development, consider migrating to an active Microchip MEMS oscillator in the same 3.2x2.5mm footprint — the supply voltage and output type are common across the family, but the exact frequency and stability grade must be verified against the new ordering code.
Microchip has not published an official successor for this obsolete ordering code. An active DSC61XX-series oscillator in the same 3.2x2.5mm 4-VDFN package with matching supply voltage and CMOS output could serve as a functional replacement, but the exact frequency (66.6666 MHz) and AEC-Q100 rating must be confirmed against the new part number at RFQ.
