25 MHz + 50 MHz, 1.3 mA typ, ±25 ppm
The dual-output architecture eliminates a separate 50 MHz oscillator in designs that already need a 25 MHz reference — the second output comes from the same MEMS resonator, saving board space and one BOM line.

No external load capacitors are needed; the MEMS resonator is self-contained. Decouple the supply pin with a 100 nF ceramic as close to the VDD pad as the layout allows.
