Dual-frequency MEMS XO — 40 MHz and 80 MHz on one die
The DSC6021CI2A-009UT is a Microchip DSC60XX-series MEMS-based XO (Standard) that outputs two independent frequencies: 40 MHz and 80 MHz from a single resonator die. The CMOS output swings rail-to-rail into the downstream clock input.
Power budget and thermal envelope for a dense clock tree
The MEMS base resonator does not suffer the quartz cold-start drift that crystal oscillators show below 0°C. The 4-VDFN package uses a standard 4-pin footprint — pin 1 is OE (output enable), pin 2 GND, pin 3 output, pin 4 Vdd. No external load caps; the CMOS output drives up to 15 pF directly.
