MEMS clock with AEC-Q100 qualification — now obsolete
The DSC6021CE2A-0075: This dual-output oscillator carries an AEC-Q100 rating, meaning it has passed automotive-grade reliability stress testing (temperature cycling, ESD, latch-up) per the JEDEC-based qualification standard.
Supply and frequency tolerance
Frequency stability is ±25 ppm, tight enough for CAN, USB full-speed, and basic Ethernet clocking without external trimming. The CMOS output interfaces directly to an MCU clock input pin.
Package and deployment context
For under-hood or cabin applications requiring -40°C to +125°C, a different grade of the DSC60XX family is needed.
