MEMS oscillator for automotive clocking — 27 MHz, CMOS, AEC-Q100
The DSC6011JE1B-027.0000T is a MEMS-based XO from Microchip's DSC60XXB series, delivering a 27 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability.
Supply flexibility and low-power standby
Operates from any rail between 1.8 V and 3.3 V — no separate LDO needed when the board carries a 2.5 V or 3.0 V supply. Active current is 1.3 mA typ at 27 MHz — low enough that thermal budgeting in the 4-VLGA package is straightforward, even in a confined ECU enclosure.
No second-source or pin-compatible alternative is documented in the Microchip series; the DSC60XXB family is the only reference.
