MEMS XO at 3.58 MHz with CMOS output
The DSC6011JE1B-003.5800 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC60XXB series, delivering a fixed 3.58 MHz CMOS output. The MEMS resonator eliminates quartz start-up variability and mechanical shock sensitivity — the phase-noise floor is consistent across temperature without the warm-up drift typical of a crystal oscillator. Output is CMOS, so it drives standard logic inputs directly — no external termination or level translation needed for 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V rails.
Supply voltage spans 1.71V to 3.63V — one BOM line covers designs that migrate between 1.8V and 3.3V core voltages.
Active production, small VLGA footprint
The 4-VLGA package measures 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm, seated height 0.89 mm, suitable for space-constrained PCBs in consumer and office equipment. No industrial or automotive grade is listed, so avoid engine-bay or outdoor telecom enclosures without qualification review.
