26 MHz automotive-grade MEMS clock reference
The DSC6003MI3B-026.0000 is a 26 MHz MEMS-based XO from Microchip's DSC60XXB series, delivering a CMOS output with ±20 ppm frequency stability across the full -40°C to +85°C industrial range.
The 1.71V to 3.63V supply range lets this oscillator run off a 1.8V or 3.3V rail without a dedicated LDO — one less component in the power tree. Typical current draw is 1.3 mA, which keeps the thermal contribution negligible in a densely populated ECU board.
Housed in a 4-VFLGA package measuring 2.00 mm x 1.60 mm with a seated height of 0.89 mm, this oscillator fits tight layout zones. The 4-pin land-grid array requires a solder-paste stencil with aperture matching the datasheet's recommended footprint — typical for MEMS oscillators in this form factor.
Microchip has not published a successor for this DSC60XXB series member.
