The DSC6003MA3B-032.0000 is a 32 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC60XXB series, delivering CMOS output with ±20 ppm frequency stability across a 1.71–3.63 V supply range. AEC-Q100 qualification and a -40 to 125°C operating range make this oscillator suited for under-hood automotive electronics, engine control modules, and other high-temperature environments where quartz oscillators may drift or fail.
